Under the
direction of Executive Management, the Quality
Manager:
- Supervises, oversees
and/or guides activities of inspection personnel
and ensures all inspections are compliant with
quality system objectives and customer
requirements.
- Collects and analyzes
quality information, develops reports and action
plans for Executive Management Review.
- Liaisons with Engineering,
Manufacturing and Purchasing to create quality
plans, monitor suppliers, control processes and
ensure order fulfillment.
- Defines and implements
internal quality procedures.
- Monitors corrective and
preventive action timelines and verifies
effectiveness.
- Performs inspections and
audits as directed.
- Conducts analysis and
dispositions on product returns
