  • Silicon Valley, CA
Requirements
  • 2+ years administrative, customer service, or related support experience. 
  • Bachelors or related college degree required. 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Strong familiarity with MS Windows & database programs (Intuitive). 
  • Excellent organizational skills.  Ability to successfully manage multiple projects 
  • Familiarity with transportation and routing
  • Strong math capabilities
  • Team player. Superior customer service skills
  • Familiar with MS Excel.
Responsibilities Under the direction of Sales Professionals, assist with:
  • Order processing
  • Customer and sales material file maintenance (including credit inquiries)
  • Return material processing
  • Providing prompt customer feedback and issue resolution
  • Production arrangements (local and offshore)
  • Shipment arrangements/logistics
  • EDI, VMI operations
  • Various other duties as assigned
