Requirements
2+ years administrative, customer service, or related support experience.
Outstanding communication skills
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Strong familiarity with MS Windows & database programs (Intuitive).
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
Familiarity with transportation and routing
Strong math capabilities
Team player. Superior customer service skills
Familiar with MS Excel.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of Sales Professionals, assist with:
Order processing
Customer and sales material file maintenance (including credit inquiries)
Return material processing
Providing prompt customer feedback and issue resolution
Production arrangements (local and offshore)
Shipment arrangements/logistics
EDI, VMI operations
Various other duties as assigned
