Quality Systems Manager



Under the direction of Executive Management, the Quality Manager:


  • Supervises oversees and/or guides activities of inspection personnel and ensures all inspections are compliant with quality system objectives and customer requirements
  • Collects and analyzes quality information, develops reports and action plans for Executive Management Review
  • Liaisons with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to create quality plans, monitor suppliers, control processes, and ensure order fulfillment
  • Defines and implements internal quality procedures
  • Monitors corrective and preventive action timelines and verifies effectiveness
  • Performs inspections and audits as directed
  • Conducts analysis and dispositions on product returns





  • Cable assembly background with a minimum of 2 years of Quality Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • BS in a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of quality system requirements and international quality system standards, including ISO 9001:2000
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in the use of PC, business, and technical software
  • Formal experience in training and auditing
