Sales Administrator

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years administrative, customer service, or related support experience. 
  • 3+ years in electronics or similar industry
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Strong Computer skills necessary; familiarity with MS Office, with an emphases on Excel and Access database programs
  • Experience with ERP software a plus
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment a requirement, order processing, entry, scheduling, dealing with internal departments to ensure order execution
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.  Ability to successfully manage multiple projects 
  • Familiarity with transportation and routing
  • Strong math capabilities
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently
  • Team player. Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
  • Bachelors or related college degree preferred
  • Fluency in Mandarin beneficial, but not required

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Superior Customer Relations and Responsiveness
  • Superior Support to Account Managers and Sales Manager
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Work Order Scheduling/Tracking
  • Customer database and file maintenance
  • Communication directly with customers to support sales team
  • Providing prompt customer feedback and issue resolution
  • Production arrangements (local and offshore)
  • Shipment arrangements/logistics
  • Track business activity and generate reports
  • Attend and participate in sales, engineering and client meetings
  • Various other duties as assigned
