Every cable assembly and wire harness we produce is manufactured strictly according to your technical drawings and BOM. Our built-to-print process eliminates ambiguity — we source approved components, follow your termination specs, and deliver 100% electrically tested assemblies with documented traceability at every stage.
BOM Integration & Component Sourcing
We work directly from your approved BOM. Components are sourced from authorized distributors — Molex, JST, TE Connectivity — with full supply chain documentation and approved substitution protocols when supply constraints arise.
Crimp & Solder Termination
Our technicians perform precision crimp and solder termination to IPC-A-620 workmanship standards. Every termination is validated through pull-force testing, visual inspection, and 100% continuity verification before shipment.
