Sales Representative

Y.C. Cable USA, Inc., is a dynamic, rapidly expanding international cable assembly, wire harness and light contract manufacturer locate in Fremont CA with manufacturing sites in USA, China and Mexico is looking for:

 

 

Summary:


Are you a go getter? Be a part of a dynamic sales team! Become a Sales Representative an established globally recognized industry leader of local and off-shore electronics manufacturing services (cable assembly and wire harness manufacturing).

 

 

Requirements:


• 2-5 years in OEM Sales and/or Customer Service for B2B activities.
• Cable, Wire Harness, Connector, Interconnect, Contracting Manufacturing knowledge is highly desirable
• Hunter attitude is a must!

 

  • Must be able to manage and grow the existing business as well as convert the new leads and interests into new clients and actual orders.
    • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
    • Strong personality and rapport building skills.  Must feel comfortable interacting and talking with customers.
    • Basic computer skills are necessary.  Must feel comfortable using MS Windows, Excel, as well open minded to learn custom MRP system.
    • Preferably a 4 yrs. college graduate from any American accredited university, but an associate degree from any American accredited 2 years college with the right experience is acceptable.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Team player. Superior customer service skills.
    • Highly motivated and detail oriented. Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
    • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.  Must be willing to wear different hats, if required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to visit customers in the assigned region on regular basis.

 

 

Responsibilities:


• Identify, prospect, develop and manage customers and business relationships for the company within the assigned customer base.
• Make decisions about the profitability/sales margin of the proposals, cost control, negotiating contracts with customers, preparing proposals for customers.
• Providing prompt customer feedback and issue resolution.
• Track business activity and generate reports, as requested by management.

  • Follow up on new leads and convert them into actual clients and orders.
  • Attend and exhibit at industry trade shows, as requested by the management.
  • Travel within the assigned territory or customer base as it is required, or regular basis.
    • Other duties as assigned by Management
