1985 – Founded Y.C. Cable in Taiwan, specializing in monitor cables.​

1991 – Y.C. Cable USA Inc. entered the OEM field and opened a facility in Silicon Valley, California.​

1993 – Y.C. Co., Ltd. opened a wire harness plant in China.​

1994 – Moved the plastic injection molding facilities from Taiwan to China.​

1995 – Established Y.C. Cable East in Piscataway, New Jersey.​

1996 – Opened Southern California operations in Los Angeles, California.​

1997 – Established Y.C. Cable USA Inc. in Fremont, California.​

1999 – Relocated Y.C. Cable Co., Ltd. to a new factory in Tangxia, Guangdong, China.​

2003 – Expanded Y.C. Cable USA Inc. facility to 25,000 square feet. The China factory obtained the ISO 14001 Certificate.​

2004–2006:

• Obtained the QS 9000 Certificate in China.​

• Established a wire extrusion plant and RoHS ICP Lab in China.​

• Obtained the OHSAS 18001:1999 Certificate in China.​

2007 – Obtained the QC 80000 Certificate in China.​

2009:

• Obtained the ISO/TS 16949 Certificate in China.​

• Entered the market for automotive-related products in China.​

2010:

• Obtained the ISO 13485 Certificate in China and entered the medical field.​

• Obtained an MFi manufacturing license in China.​

• Established a plastic injection molding facility in China.​

2011 – Restarted the wire extrusion workshop, with operations continuing through 2021.​

2012:

• Introduced TPS (Toyota Production System) in China.​

• Entered the antenna cable and antenna module assembly market.​

2013:

• Installed a Class 10K clean room in Fremont, California.​

• Entered the light electronic assembly market in Fremont, California.​

2017 – Significantly expanded automotive cable assembly lines.​

2018 – Upgraded certification from ISO/TS 16949 to IATF 16949 in China.​

2023 – Opened the Taipei factory.​
